About Fresh Tracks 4 Throwbacks
The Idea
Fresh Tracks for Throwbacks (FT4TB) is a radio show broadcasting Fridays from 4 to 6 pm on WRFR-LP 93.3 Rockland Maine and streaming live on wrfr.org.
The idea for this show started when I yet again was talking to an acquaintance (around my age) about music and he only knew his generation's music and said new music was rot. But there is such fantastic new music coming out every day! So what we do on the show is play an older tune you may know and like, then play a newer tune you may not know. If you like the older tune, I'm pretty sure you'll like the new one, too.
FT4TB is dedicated to introducing music to people who are stuck listening to their generation's music because they think there is nothing new that can compare. There is!
